Commit 45 was created by licensed therapist Lindsey Sheckles MAE, LPC. Lindsey combined her years of experience as a yoga, barre, and pilates instructor, and professional knowledge as a mental health practitioner to develop a program that will help people establish a better mental health baseline.

Commit 45 is for anyone who is ready to step out of 'Hustle Culture' and ready to step into a more content and peaceful existence. We have taken the leg work out of wellness. All journal prompts and meditations are included with the purchase of the course. There's also a daily wellness checklist included for guidance and accountability.
